Registration is now closed. We thank all those interested in submitting an abstract to the meeting. We will have invited and review speakers, as well as two discussion panels/round tables. Contributed talks and posters are being evaluated and ranked anonymously by the SOC. Please refer to the Agenda and Deadlines for information on when the programme is expected to be released.

Fees

IMPORTANT: payment of the registration fee is required upon registration for the conference (or as soon as possible thereafter). Payment is either via Paypal, domestic bank transfer (ARgentinian residents) or SWIFT bank transfer. Furthermore, once payment has been made, participants are required to email the receipt to iaus411.starclusters@gmail.com, using the subject ‘IAUS411: fee payment’. Note that failure to do so, will mean the conference organisers will have no record of your payment and your registration will not be confirmed. The domestic transfer for Argentinian residents has to be made in Argentinian currency, using the official exchange published by the Banco de la Nación Argentina webpage (offer price) at the date of the transfer, or the immediately before in case it is not a business day. In the case of SWIFT bank transfer to the Bank of America account, the net amount received must equal the full registration fee; all bank commissions and wire transfer fees must be paid by the sender. Please ensure you select the ‘OUR’ instruction (sender pays all fees) when initiating the transfer.
Refund Policy: if you need to cancel, a 70% refund is available until September 1st. Regrettably, we’re unable to offer refunds after this date. To request a refund, simply email us at iaus411.starclusters@gmail.com by the deadline.
